  • In abdominoplasty, instead of regular stitches, stitches that do not require being taken out are used. It is important to use the creams your doctor gives you once or twice a day for 2 months after your operation.

  • It might depend on the person but usually the entire healing process takes 3 to 9 months. It takes 15 days for your skin to heal and 3 to 4 months for your abdomen to reach its desired form. After 6 months everything falls in to place.
